This kit enables your Inspektor camera system to send WIFI signal down a chimney without being absorbed into the masonry structure. It's kind of like magic.

Your phone or tablet needs to stay in range of the reel system to get a continuous live feed. A lot will depend on your devices antenna, but when you mount your phone on the reel system, you should have no trouble receiving a strong signal. The antenna end on the reel can be extracted from the reel system to allow you to have some flexibility. During most of our testing, our devices had to be within 2 feet of the antenna end. The antenna end is the plastic part sticking out of the center of the reel.

The kit comes with 50 feet of wire. You can extend this up to 100 feet (that's as far as we've tested). Keep in mind the longer the cable, the more the signal can degrade.

The kit comes with a phone mount, but you can easily purchase a tablet mount and attach it.
