Once they accept with a signature they are given access to the PDF report. If they’ve signed on-site, then they will have immediate access to the download link.

API/Webhook Access

Webhooks allow you to send real-time JSON payloads to other services when key actions occur during an inspection. We can guide you through this process when the need arises.
